The INT²GRATE Data Coordinating Center (DCC) serves as the computational arm of the INT²GRATE Oncology Consortium, supporting the development and maintenance of the INT²GRATE Variant Portal and related computational infrastructure. The computational team within the INT²GRATE DCC combines expertise in software engineering, data science, and cancer genomics to programmatically develop INT²GRATE variant data in accordance with the Variant Evidence Framework (VEF), and to develop and maintain the INT²GRATE Portal as a public-facing platform for data sharing and access.
